Blood Pressure (HBP) is also known as “SILENT KILLER” is basically a long term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated. Usually HBP doesn’t show many symptoms, but most dangerous noticed symptoms are dizzy spells, headaches, difficulty in breathing, heart attack. HBP can be controlled by medicines and prescribed medicinal drugs. Blood Pressure can happen to anyone anytime and for several reasons. A common disbelief is found that Blood Pressure is commonly found in men more than women, but this disbelief is completely wrong. Both men and women can have HBP in their 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

Exercising
